- Standard day time call out fee of AUD 85 cover Roadside Assistance travel upto 40kms from Store Location in Logan Central. Any excess distance travelled to provide roadside assistance service is chargeable.
- After Hours call out fee of AUD 125 covers Roadside Assistance travel upto 40kms from Store Location in Logan Central. Any excess distance travelled to provide roadside assistance service is chargeable.
- For Lockout Service a valid Photo ID needs to be provided by Customer Prior to service. No Photo ID provided before service will result in Assistance declined and fee charged.
